Glimpses of a good week

by Lisa

Cue the angel choir for the Halleluiah chorus… Dominic has slept from 8pm until 5:30am without needing us to get up to him several nights in the last week!!

A bit more sleep makes the world an even happier place, and it’s been a pretty happy week already.

We had good friends from California in town from Tuesday to Sunday and there were massages and fruit shakes and good talks over good wine. There was lemongrass stuffed with chicken and sticky rice, sunset boat rides on the Mekong and baby laughter, early-morning monk-spotting and late night chatting.

Well, 9pm chatting, anyway. That’s still late for us.

Here are a couple of photos from the last little while.

One, two, three, hooray!

What have you been up to in the last week?

Gorgeous pictures Lisa. Sounds like a great time had by all. We spent an incredible week in Napa this past week. One of the best (if not THE best) vacations of my life. Wish I could get back on a plane this instant.

HOORAY!! Wonderful news. Good vacations are works of art. Hoping for a quick and pleasant re-entry to day to day stuff.
